FAQ
Find answers to frequently asked questions about our studio, classes, and Pilates practice.
Pilates is more than just exercise—it's a transformative practice that strengthens from the inside out, targeting the deep muscles that support your spine, pelvis, and posture. Every movement balances strength and flexibility while training your mind as much as your body through breath, concentration, and precision. It builds awareness so you stand taller, move smoother, and feel more connected to your body in everyday life. Pilates can be done on a mat using body weight and small props, or on equipment like the Reformer, which uses springs and resistance to deepen the workout.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early so our instructors can get you settled, answer questions, and discuss any injuries or modifications. Grip socks are required (available for purchase in-studio), and we recommend fitted activewear and bringing water.
