Emily
Emily King is a level 2 Stott pilates instructor and holds a diploma of clinical pilates with Breathe Education. She has been teaching clients and mentoring students for over 2o years. “I love to help people build strength, become more flexible and pain free through foundational movement that builds into your fullest expression. My classes will keep you moving and progressing and I will always meet you where you are at” Fun fact: When not obsessing about pilates, you can find me hanging out with my family, relaxing on the couch watching friends for the 100th time, reading at a coffee shop or traveling somewhere tropical.

Hellooo I’m Shekinah!! I’m a comprehensively certified polestar pilates instructor with a love for intentional, mindful movement. I bring a calm and supportive presence to my classes while creating space for curiosity, confidence, and a little fun along the way. My goal for you is to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, lighter, and genuinely good in your body. Outside the studio I love spending time at coffee shops, soaking up the sun, and cuddling my cat. I cant wait to move with you!
