Reflect in Foundations is your intro to our studio. Perfect for Beginners and those looking to build a strong Pilates foundation. This is our introductory reformer class designed to help you move with confidence, connect to your body, and learn the principles of Pilates in a supportive environment. Expect intentional movement, personalied guidance and a pace that allows you to truly understand each exercise. This is NOT water down pilates or stretching. Expect advancements and hands on adjustments when needed.

A dynamic, full body reformer workout designed to build endurance and create that signature Reflection Burn. Sculpted Momentum combines controlled movement with continous flow to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate and leave you energized. Expect a minimum of one prop and creative sequences that keep you moving with intention. This class is designed to create muscular fatigue through time under tension not through high impact movement. You will experience the shakes, burn and the satisfaction of pushing yourself while maintaining the precision Pilates is known for. Goal: Defined Muscles, energized body a classic Reflection Burn

Strength in Motion emphasizes slower, intentional movement patterns using progressive resistance to challenge your muscles and deepen your connection to movement. You’ll focus on building TOTAL body strength through controleld exercises. Expect heavier resistance, longer holds, and an emphasis on control that creates a deep, effective strength building experience.
